2026 3rd International Symposium on Artificial intelligence, Optoelectronics and Optics Technologies

The 2026 3rd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence, Optoelectronics and Optics Technologies (AIOT 2026) was successfully held on August 28–30, 2026, at Shenyang Ligong University. Hosted by the university and jointly organized by its School of Science, China-Shenyang China-Russia Science and Technology Cooperation Base, School of Equipment Engineering, and the Journal of Shenyang Ligong University, the event received strong support from several provincial key laboratories.
Focusing on interdisciplinary frontiers such as optoelectronic functional materials, laser spectroscopy, AI-enabled optical sensing, and biomedical photonics, the symposium brought together distinguished experts from China, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
In his opening address, Vice President Professor Liang Chen warmly welcomed the attendees and highlighted the university's commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration. The symposium featured keynote speeches by renowned scholars, including Prof. Arman Komekbayev, Assoc. Prof. Kuanysh Aplipbayev, Prof. Robert Zakharian, Prof. Qi Wang, Prof. Quanjun Li, and Prof. Feng Qi, covering topics from AIoT and satellite sensing to terahertz imaging and pressure-tuned optoelectronics.

Additionally, young scholars presented their research in lively oral sessions, showcasing vibrant innovation. The symposium concluded with Best Paper, Best Poster, and Best Presentation Awards.

In his closing remarks, the symposium highlighted Shenyang Ligong University's academic strengths in optoelectronics and materials. The university will continue to deepen international cooperation and advance interdisciplinary research to serve national and regional development.
